The black cobra gang is a local gang that has been running this territory we call a city for ages. They are normaly at fault for anything giong on illigually in the city including street racing, gambling, laundtry, drug dealing, prostitution and murder.
The gang hide out is currently placed at a closed night club which you can find in the gang hideout board, but dont be fooled you have to have the password to get in.
All the police know so far is that the Gang is ran by a man named Damien Jackson who took it over years agao and was one of the biggest Rappers of his day. Beside Damien is normally his son who goes by Tyrese "bad ass" Jackson and is also a local bouncer at a few different clubs.
