If your between the ages of even and seventeen and having a hard time at home or found after running away you can be placed here until a solution is found. The division of family services or better known as a "Family Center" also holds the homeless and gives away food once a week. The center was created about six or seven years ago when children began to run away and go missing because they had no were to turn.
